Messages from the Edge Proxy are not visible on Call Session Control Platform (CSCP) 3.0

Core Issue

The Quality of Service (QoS) and trigger condition for Packet Cable MultiMedia (PCMM) on the Edge Proxy (EP) is enabled, but still no messages are seen.


If QoS is enabled, a server-group must be created to point to the server on which the messages are received. For example:

qos-sg -s qos

qos-sg-element -s qos -u http://:6070/SipPMService -c 20 -p 25 -t 1000 -q 1.0
