MGCP - Germany Dial Plan

Our company is about to install a MGCP gateway in Ger

many, however after doing some researching I found out that Germany has tons of area codes and

multiple length subscriber number from 3 to 9 digits. The call mana

gers will be in United States, and the inter-digit timeout cannot be changed to a shorter time. I looked at Cisco and they have many international dial plans but not for Germany, Has anyone out there install MGCP gateway in Germany? We are using call manager 4.2.3 and we only have North America dial plan. I really need some help, if you are familiar with Germany route patterns, please reply.

Use 9.! and adjust the interdigit timeout.  If you aren't comfortable with that, use 9.! and 9.!# and have them enter a # when they are done dialing.
