Multicast Music on Hold is configured, but no music is played across the WAN

Core Issue

Silence is heard due to the routers not forwarding multicast packets.

Since the caller on hold hears nothing but silence (rather than a tone on hold) and since the Music on Hold (MoH) works for OnNet callers, it is likely that the problem resides in the multicast network.

To resolve this issue, check the multicast configuration on the routers in the path between the Cisco CallManager and the phone on hold.
