No audio is heard when calls are placed into the IOS Software IVR using the prepaid DebitCard application

Core Issue

The caller hears no audio when the welcome audio prompts are supposed to be playing.

The welcome audio prompts may be missing from the package that was downloaded from Software Download: Cisco Tool Command Language Software. The app-debitcard.2.0.2.8.zip software bundle was missing these files.

Resolution

The software bundle has been updated on Cisco.com and renamed to app_debitcard.2.0.2.8a.zip. This bundle now contains the full set of audio prompts.

To resolve this issue, download the updated software bundle from Software Download: Cisco Tool Command Language Software and unzip it to add the missing files.
