Nothing happens when user attempts to use Call Park

Core Issue

Call Park cannot be configured.

For more information, refer to Call Park Configuration.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, verify that a Call Park range is configured for the Cisco CallManager server that your IP phone is registered with.

For setting up traces, follow the procedure in Set Up Cisco CallManager Traces for Cisco Technical Support.
