After a Cisco IOS upgrade from Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4T3 to Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4.9T2 with the c2600-ipvoicek9-mz.124-9.T2.bin file, the %SYS-2-BADSHARE: Bad refcount in datagram_done, ptr=84749EB0, count=0 error message appears in the logs every 30 minutes.
This message appears when an internal software error occurs.
If this message recurs, copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log, contact Cisco Technical Support, and provide the representative with the gathered information.
This issue does not impact calls or any other functionality.
