Thank you for posting this video. We moved our SX20 system from one location to another (different VLAN). Previous engineer had set a static IP on the touch screen. In the new IP space all the screen displayed was Connecting... and would never connect.
This fixed our issue!!

I have Touch Panel version 8 I used your way to do the Factory Rest but it is not got effect. I did the Factory Rest from the Touch Panel option. From setting option login with Administrator username as admin password blank reset factory reset.
