On pressing Setting button, the screen display "That key is not active here" in IP phone 7941G
In order to troubleshoot this issue follow the below mentioned steps:-
Open CallManager Administration page.
Go to Device -> Phone and select the affected phone.
Go to Phone Configuration Page and find Settings Access under Product Specific Configuration Layout.
Set it as "Enabled".
I try this in my 7960, Im using IPMA.
When a phone A try to calls a Manager phone, the assistant can not answer the call, and when a phone A calls the assistant the manager can not intercept the call.
Do you know what can be missing???
Most likely this could be CSS/partition misconfiguration problem.
