Create a script

  • Create the script and upload in the script management.

 

 

Create an application:

  • Create an application, associate the script that you have uploaded in previous step.

  • Add a trigger to the application.

 

Once you dial the tigger, it will prompt the customer for CSQ options. Once Customer select the CSQ   , it will check the time and will route the agent to that particular CSQ.
