i have install CUCM 8 and unity express 8.
integration is with JTAPI and cti port configure on CUCM , user for JTAPI route point.
on CUE i ran the wizard, cti port is registered to cucm.
when i look in cucm i see that cti port and route point are registered with cue.
when i issue the command " show ccn status ccm-manager" the output shows that cue registered with cucm
and JTAPI route point is idle.
as for now everything is fine but, when i dial the number of cti port i get busy dial tone.
done some traces in cue and sew transaction but didn't drill down and investigate more.
Please check the licensing and avalible ports on the CUE.
i had 8 ivr port that disable the voice mail ports.
once i disabled ivr license and enable mailboxes, everything start to work.
