This document provides the steps required to create a TCU recovery USB boot image, recover the TCU image from the USB drive, and install an operating system onto the TelePresence TCU. When it becomes necessary to recover the TCU from a failure due to a corrupted OS image, or to place an image on a TCU that doesn’t have one installed, follow the steps as described in this document.
