Tech Tip: Meetingplace 7.x, 8.x license issues

What to check if you license page on the Application server shows only some licenses active and rest as installed?

This happens when you get the INCREMENT licenses for your ports, but do not get the FEATURE licenses (maxvoice, maxvideo) that

actually unlock the port licenses.

PLease open your license file in notepad :

If you see something like this:

INCREMENT videoconf cisco 99.0

then its a increment license and you need to contact licensing@cisco.com and get the feature licenses.
