Cisco Meetingplace 8.X supports a one-box solution for audio, video, and web conferencing features. Extra servers are optional.

Each Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 8.X system must have an Application Server, which is installed on a Cisco MCS server with a Cisco-based Linux operating system.  The media server can be an Express Media Server, which is a software package installed on the same server as the application server.  The web conferening feature is implemented with the Cisco Webex conferencing, which requires a Cisco Webex Site to be provisioned.

Futher details can be found at Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Release 8.0 -- How to Determine the Type of Hardware for Your System http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Release_8.0_--_How_to_Determine_the_Type_of_Hardware_for_Your_System.

I think it's probably worth noting that you need a seperate web server if you are going to use MeetingPlace for scheduling.
