Error 14053: Cannot load the DLL replincrementlsn extended procedure or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 126 (The specified module could not be found).
The SQL database is not getting replicated from the publisher to the subscriber. The subscription is not created.

Re-install the SQL Service Pack 3 on both the publisher and subscriber.
If the problem persists, which could be due to an older version of the service pack, upgrade the service pack to SQL2K-ServicePack3.1-0-5.exe available on Cisco Downloads.
Upgrade Service Pack 3 on the publisher and then on the subscriber.
