The Cisco Conference Connection (CCC) skips the prompt for a meeting password, even though it is mandatory. This is due to Cisco bug ID CSCed26475.
There is no workaround for this issue. But, this issue can be resolved with a software patch.
Open a case with Cisco Technical Support with the TAC Service Request Tool in order to obtain the patch and instructions for how to apply the patch. Or, consult the TAC support contacts.
After the new script/fix is obtained, complete these steps on the CCC server:
On the appadmin website, complete these steps:
Make test calls in order to check the password functionality.
If the original file must be replaced, complete these steps:
