Core Issue
This error may appear when accessing the Cisco Unity Status Monitor page if the access permissions are not set properly.
Resolution
Use the following procedure to set up access to the Status Monitor:
- On the Windows Start menu, select Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager.
- Click the Default Web Site directory and locate the Status directory.
- Right-click the Status directory and browse to Properties.
- Click the Virtual Directory tab.
- Set Execute Permissions to Scripts Only.
- Click OK.
