The CRA engine fails to start after adding a license

Core Issue

This issue occurs after the Call Detail Record (CDR) Analysis and Reporting (CAR) license is added.

Resolution

When the installed license is examined, the license files were blank and the necessary keys were missing.

To resolve this issue, rerun the Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) configuration so that the old license file can be recovered and used.
