The effects on performance of old registration data entries in the registrationinfo table of the Dynamicsoft Service Agent

Resolution

The registrationinfo (softstate) takes up very little space, which means in terms of performance, it does not cause issues. Also, the expired entries change because some of the prepaid services refresh and therefore the registration arrives at different times.

For the database size and the performance, look at the TimesTen Monitor (TTMON) log file, under memory statistics, in order to review the space the TimesTen Data Authority Server (TTDAS) uses for hardstate and softstate data. For example:

++++++++ MEMORY STATISTICS ++++++++

                Allocated     In-Use     High Water

Perm(MB):     2048          118         119

Refer to What is the actual utilized permsize of TimesTen Data Authority Server (TTDAS) in Call Session Control Platform (CSCP)? , How to find the Perm Size parameter value in TimesTen and How to display the TTDAS status for more information on the significance of old registration data in the registrationinfo table of the Dynamicsoft Service Agent.
