The installation of the BARS fails on the Cisco CallManager 4.x

Core Issue

When an attempt is made to install the latest Backup and Restore System (BARS) on the Cisco CallManager 4.x server, the installation halts and does continuese.


The installation of BARS requires the Administrator be logged in, not any other account that has Administrator rights, because the installation specifically looks for the Administrator account. Also, if the backup target server is a different server, make sure the Administrator and BackupAdmin account passwords are the same on both of the servers.
