To resolve this issue, download the Cisco Unity Connection software from the CCO Software Center. To download the images, refer to Software Download: Unity Connection and navigate to Cisco Unity Connection 1.1 DVD Images. Once the ISO image(s) are downloaded, burn the image(s) to a new DVD.
Note: Be sure to reboot the server after the initial NTVDM error, before an attempt is made to run setup.exe again. Otherwise, the same error is received.
