The user is unable to configure auto-answer on an IP phone shared lines

Core Issue

Auto-answer is a feature that is programmed on the template. When the auto-answer button is activated, the speaker phone goes off-hook automatically when an incoming call is received.


The auto-answer feature is not currently supported on a shared line configuration.
