Unable to access the Subscriber Cisco CallManager server from the serviceability page of the Publisher Cisco CallManager Server and the "Connection to the server could not be established" error message appears
The Service Activation page on the publisher shows the subscriber record as unable to connect. On the subscriber the opposite, the publisher record shows that it cannot connect. In the application log, there are database connection failures. If you run AdminUtility on the publisher, it also fails.
