Unable to add users in CallManager

Core Issue

The ability to create users in the Data Connection (DC) Directory is lost. Communication on the network seems fine and there are no outstanding error messages in the event log.

The ability to log in consistently to DC Directory is lost. Logging into DC Directory on the publisher works fine, but logging in to DC Directory from the subscriber fails.

Resolution

The Domain Name System (DNS) name resolution does not work on the subscriber, but name resolution does work on the publisher. To resolve this issue, add the names to the hosts and LMHOSTS files.
