Unable to cancel Call Forwarding from the Cisco CallManager User Web interface on the Cisco CallManager 4.x
After the Call Forwarding is cancelled on the main line with the User Admin Web interface, the Call Forwarding does not cancel and stays there.
This issue occurs when there is no replication between the Publisher and Subscriber servers to which the IP phones are registered.
In order to resolve this issue, restart the Database Layer (DBL) Monitor Service on the Publisher and on the server where the IP phone is registered. If the DBL Monitor Service hangs while it is stopped or started, open a command prompt and issue the c:\utils\kill aupair.exe command.
If there is a red X on the replication monitor on the Publisher server, use DBLHelper to reinitialize the database.
