Unable to retrieve voicemail on the Cisco Unity Server 4.0(x), and the error message appears in the DbWalker
Unable to retrieve voicemail on the Cisco Unity Server 4.0(x), and the "1619:(error) "The MailboxStoreObjectID value referenced for this subscriber is not found in the MailboxStore table in the database. This is a serious error, you should contact TAC" error message appears in the DbWalker.
After these changes are made on the partner Microsoft Exchange server, one or multiple subscribers on the Cisco Unity are unable to retrieve their voice messages. Also, new subscribers can not be added to the Cisco Unity.
When this issue occurs, the 1619:(error) "The MailboxStoreObjectID value referenced for this subscriber is not found in the MailboxStore table in the database. This is a serious error, you should contact TACerror message appears in the Directory Walker (DbWalker).
The error message essentially means that although the user call handler and mailuser accounts are present in the Cisco Unity database, the location of the subscriber mailbox is no longer present in Exchange. Effectively, these three users are orphaned in the Structured Query Language (SQL).
This behavior is observed when the MailboxStoreObjectID under the subscriber table is not the same as the one referenced in the Mailboxstore table in SQL. So, the MailboxStoreObject ID value that is populated for all the subscribers must correspond to the value shown in the Mailboxstore table.
In order to resolve this issue, make sure that the permissions on the Exchange server are appropriate and that propagation of the permissions is enabled. Then, run the Message Store Configuration Wizard with /Sync.
If this does not resolve the issue, complete these steps:
Launch the Enterprise Manager.
Choose Microsoft SQL Servers > SQL Server Group > ServerName > Databases > UnityDb > Tables.
Choose Subscriber List.
Right-click Subscriber List > Return All Row.
Located the affected users to be deleted, and highlight the row on the left column. Then, press Delete.
