Unable to run a scheduled backup in BARS

Core Issue

The Backup and Recovery System (BARS) Scheduler does not run if the Cisco BARS Scheduler service is stopped.


The Scheduler must be enabled in order to ensure that the scheduled backup occurs at the designated time.

Complete these steps:

  1. Choose Backup > Scheduler.

  2. Click Enable Scheduler.

    The Scheduler Status: Enabled message appears. If the Scheduler Status: Enabled message does not appear, restart the Cisco BARS Scheduler service.
