Upgrading Cisco CRA does not upgrade the RASCAL server and other Cisco Agent Desktop components do not install. Installation fails with an error message


To resolve the issue, complete these steps:

  1. Click OK, and reboot the server.
  2. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs, and uninstall the component that reported the unsuccessful installation.
  3. Reboot the server, and reinstall Cisco CRA.
