User receives the Some of the configuration data is missing in the System Profile line in the DC directory health check log in CallManager Upgrade Assistant Utility, but no corresponding message is listed in the Corrective Actions page in the DC directory

Core Issue

After running the Cisco CallManager Upgrade Assistant on the publisher and subscriber, all checks were successful except for the Direct Current (DC) directory health check.

Resolution

To resolve the issue so that the Cisco CallManager upgrade can proceed as scheduled, perform these steps:

  1. Open DC Directory Administrator.  

       
  2. Go to Cisco.com > CCN > System Profile.  

       
  3. On the right side window, double-click System Profile.  

       
  4. Go to the Cisco CallManager Configuration tab and change the User Search attribute from nothing to mail.  

       
  5. Run the health check again. All error messages should be clear.
