Voicemails are not being synched with Exchange
On Setting up Unified Messaging in CUC 8.5 in an Exchange 2010 Environment. Every single test of the User account succeeds as well as the test of the general unified Messaging account,Calendar is accessible throuugh the desk phone but no voicemails are being delivered to exchange.
Even after restarting the Unified messaging account multiple times if it still wont work. Restart the unified messaging service.
Enable the SIB traces and gather Conversation, Jetty, Tomcat and Mailbox sync traces.
From the traces entries it was showing no errors with the sync.
Restart the Exchange Server on off hours
Restart the Connection Mailbox Sync and make sure you have logged off and log in the user from outlook.
