Webview saved reports (private and shared) not displayed after ICM upgrade

Symptoms:

Customer logs in to Webview as Administrator and sees that Saved reports (private and shared), originally created by Administrator, are not being displayed.

Resolution:

Favorite and Saved reports are stored in Webview Database (WVDB), not in Logger or HDS.  If you only backup and restore Logger and HDS databases to the new system, but not the Webview Database (WVDB), the saved reports will not be there. 

Restore the WVDB and restart AW Distributor services.   You will then be able to  see the Saved Reports (Private and Shared) on the new system.
