When an external caller comes to the Cisco Unity Express automated attendant and transfers to an extension, a North American ring back tone is heard even though the Cisco Unity Express has the British English Locale installed

Core Issue

The Cisco CallManager has both the US English and the British English Locales installed.

Resolution

In most cases, the ring back tone is generated by the voice gateway.

In order to fix the problem, configure the cptone GB command on the related voice port.
