When Cisco CallManager is upgraded to 4.x, the AutoAttendant console screen is not displayed to the user after login. The Cisco CallManager AutoAttendant console freezes or hangs intermittently
The code change between different AutoAttendant console versions causes a deadlock and the console to freeze.
The fix for this issue is included in Cisco CallManager 4.1(3) SR1. Cisco CallManager 4.1(3) SR1 is a service release (SR) for CallManager. This SR contains an updated version of the AutoAttendant console.
You cannot obtain only the AutoAttendant console software. Users must install the whole patch. Users must first upgrade their Cisco CallManager version to 4.1(3), then apply the SR1 patch.
