While opening the System Administrator (SA) web page on the Cisco Unity Server, the user receives a "The page cannot be found" error message


Make sure that the IIS and WWW services are running properly.

Perform these steps:

  1. If re-starting IIS service does not resolve the issue, open Internet Service Manager.

  2. Expand Default Web Site > SAWeb > Default.htm.

  3. Right Click on Default.htm and select Properties.

  4. Go to the File tab. In When connecting to this resource, the content should come from," select the designated file. The local path should be  \SAWeb\Default.htm.

  5. Check the IIS server to see if another host name has been configured for SA application. If another host name is configured, change it to Default Web Site and leave the host name blank.
