With Cisco CallManager 4.x with Win-os-2000.2.7, RTMT fails to send SMTP e-mail alerts, and the "RISDC.EXE - Unable To Locate DLL : The dynamic link library INETCOMM.dll could not be found in the specified path" error message is displayed
This problem is most likely caused by a known issue with an Outlook Express component with Internet Explorer when using Real-Time Monitoring Tool (RTMT). This problem is introduced with the 2000-2-7 base install OS image, and it is not resolved by subsequent 2000-2-7 SR patches.

To resolve this issue, re-install Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1(win-K9-ReinstallIE6sp1.exe).
