With IP Phone 7940 or 7960 with phone load version 6.0(5) and in authenticated and encrypted security modes in CallManager 3.1.x and 4.0, the user encounters an intermittent delay when resuming a parked call or a call placed on hold. User hears no audio
The phone status is connected as soon as you press the resume Softkey, but audio can not be heard for fiveseconds. This is happening with phones in authenticated and encrypted security modes about 20 percent of the time.
This occurs for both PSTN based calls, as well as internal IP phone-to-IP phone calls.
