Within Cisco CallManager, the CER groups in the cluster screen does not load, and display the Cannot connect to primary LDAP error
This issue results when the user is unable to reach the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory.
Check the connectivity to the computer running the primary LDAP directory for the cluster to which the Cisco Emergency Responder (Cisco ER) group belongs. If there is connectivity, check the computer to ensure that the directory service is started and running correctly.
If this does not resolve the problem, Cisco ER might not have been able to resolve the host name of the primary LDAP directory during Cisco ER installation.
