My customer has special reason codes that they place themselves into. We believe that the PC's go into hibernation of some sort and then UCCX/Finesse boots them out of their special not ready reason code with a 255 code and places them into a standard not ready code. Is there something that we can set in Finesse/UCCX that will prevent this. The PC's are managed by another company and wont take off the hibernation settings. Thanks in advance.
