Upgrade CM V6 (DLU) to BE600

please, can you help me.

Im not sure, how we can mirgration our customer from CM 6 to BE6000.

If I unterstand right, this will be the top level SKU: R-CBEK6-K9

I can not find, what is the right part number within the Top Level SKU, to mirgrade the existing DLUs to BE Users (UCL).

How I have to account the DLUs to BE6000 UCL?

Also I read, that if the customer doesn´t have any exisiting upgrade service, we can not use R-CBEK6-K9.

They must have purchased UCSS as a software subscription upgrade of the DLUs. You can use the PUT tool to request the software and open a TAC case to upgrade the licensing. I would contact your Cisco rep if you need further clarification.
