Extension Mobility Cross Cluster (EMCC)-"Phone number not configured"

Hi,

I have two CUCM in my lab. I configured one of them as CL1, and the other one as CL2 for EMCC. I followed page below for configuration.

When I tried to log into phone which configured in CL2 with an EM user, i got an error like this "that - phone number not configured".  Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem ?
