Leaderboards not updating?

Hi,

Seems to me that the Leaderboards page hasnt resetted after the month changed?

Similiar thing happened at the change from May to June. Even though the Leaderboards resetted, it stopped updating right after the reset.

Yes, we are aware of this and our IT team is looking into it.  We hoped to have it fixed shortly.

I also see another discrepancy, the community leaderboard does not match my Reputation points in that community category, it is 150 or so points off.  I am sure this is all related, but was not sure if you were aware of this one.

Hi Chris,

Which leaderboards are you referring to?  The leaderboards are cached and some aren't updating which is causing the discrepancy in points.

For example the "IP Telephony" leaderboard:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/netpro/collaboration-voice-video/ip-telephony?view=discussions

does not show the same points as my profile - reputation for the "IP Telephony" category:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/reputation.jspa?username=cderen

Yes, this is a caching issue that is related to the previously reported problems.  Our IT team is working on a fix for this.
