Browser Error when posting

How do I fix this?

Apache Tomcat/5.5.12

It get it anytime I post, sometimes the post sticks sometimes it double posts.

I have tried 3 different browsers and with/without proxy.

What gives?

Then I end up with double posts because the browser doesnt show the post as sticking. Then I flip to the other and Oh look there are 2 or 3 empty posts.

So I have to go back in and edit to add the actual body.

its a pain.
