adding a call recorder to CWMS

Hi all, I've sucessfully deployed a CWMS system and all is good but we didn't define a call recorder during the install. However now, there is a requirement. Can anyone provide any idea on how and what I need as I'm really struggling to find anything. Can I use a NAS server? What sort of software is required? Is it just a matter of specifying the server IP address in the system?

Thanks

adding a call recorder to CWMS

Hi Paul,

You have to enable NFS storage on CWMS to enable recording. You can follow the steps in the document below to configure a storage server.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/collaboration/CWMS/b_administrationGuide_chapter_01100.html#task_4A68696836634ECDADFE4B8223540617

Once the NFS storage is configured, you should be able to record the meetings.

Regards,

Hari
