Apparent discrepancy between confirmation emails when using WebEx API vs Native WebEx Registration form, why so?
I am currently utilizing the WebEx API in order to allow registrations from our website forms for our events. We've noticed a discrepancy through the API method and the native method using WebEx's registration form.
When a delegate registers for an event in both cases they receive a confirmation letter. The difference is when using the API form, no *.ics file is attached to that email. Only when using the traditional WebEx registration form will the file appear attached in the email.
We were wondering how to resolve this OR request that if this is a bug, can it get fixed?
