CAD did not allow for more than 30 agnet

Hi

we have UCCE V8 , CAD did not allow for more than 30 agnet , we buy more lic and Cisco told us there are no need to install any thing on system ,

but acctually the system did not allow.

the error attached

If anyone can support us will be appreciated.
