Hi Anas, Are you using self

Hi Anas,

Are you using self-signed SSL certificates on your Cisco WebEx Meetings Server (CWMS)? If yes, when joining a meeting, and when you get a pop-up to accept SSL cert that is not trusted, please, install that SSL cert first, and then click on to Accept.

Additionally, this issue can be avoided if you obtain publicly signed SSL certs from a Public Certification Authority (e.g. VeriSign, GoDaddy, Entrust, etc.)

Keep in mind that if you do obtain publicly signed SSL cert, you will have to create an SSL cert bundle to include intermediate SSL certs as well before uploading them to CWMS. Please, take a look at this discussion for details: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12324631/cisco-webex-premesis-ssl-certificates-best-practices

I hope this will help.

Hi Anas, It is not enough to

Hi Anas,

It is not enough to just Accept the self-signed SSL cert. Once you get the pop-up, you have to actually INSTALL the SSL cert. Once you install it, then you can proceed with Accept, and then it should work.
