Hi Riza,
There is no Cisco documentation about this as this is how Linux manages memory.
Take a look at these articles for clarification:

I hope this helps.

Hi Dejan,
Thanks for your response
we are not using CWMS but CUMP 8.5,
i have search in Cisco bug toolkit, but didn't find any document about it.
Is it possible if the problem is my server's memory?
Thanks,
Riza

Hi Riza,
First of all, I apologize for the mixup. The fact that you are using MeetingPlace and report high memory usage as an issue is what threw me off, because this is just an expected behavior.
Since MeetingPlace is a very resource intensive product, the system loads everything into memory in order to speed up the response time. For MeetingPlace, it is normal to use between 97-99% of memory at all times.
Hence, what you are experiencing is not a problem, but a designed behavior.
Please, let me know of any additional questions you might have, and once again, I apologize for the mixup.
Thank you.
