CMS Core and Edge Can't Make a Call

Hi ,

I just built CMS Core and Edge. The trunk connection is ok and I am able to login CMA and WebRTC from the Internet but it seems that a call to space or a people can't be made between internal can external. I can't see video comes up from the remote side. I am told that there is no license needed for the Edge server. it works fine when I tested WebRTC with my Expressway(1800 TURN). 

So I guess TURN license on Edge is required?
