CUMP 8.5 Resource Management/Capacity Questions

We're upgrading to MeetingPlace 8.5 from MP 8.0 and am trying to understand SRUs per port per codec of caller and am confused.

Referencing: http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Release_8.5_--_Planning_the_Capacity_of_your_Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_System#Calculating_the_Availability_of_System_Resources_on_each_Node_in_a_Cisco_WebEx_Scheduling_Deployment

1)  Is a port synomonous with a meeting or a caller?

2) In our environment, we'll be running in High Quality mode and will have meetings with mixes of G729 callers and G711 callers. The AVN nodes are configured as Express Media Servers and are both UCS C-Series. Video utilization is effectively 0.

Using the Resource Management Spreadsheet at: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/meetingplace/8_5/english/technical_references/mp85_Resource_Management.xls

Since video is 0, lines 42, 43, 44 on the XLS are a ratio value of "0" and I'll assume a 50/50 mix of G729 vs G711. This calulates field N42, N43 and N44 (C-Series) as "171" callers(?) Is this correct? Am I reading this correct?

3) Another method of calculating is that the first URL states 6 SRUs for G729 or 8 SRUs for G711. If the C-Series has an aboslute SRU maximum limit in HQ mode: I can look at my current MeetingPlace 8.0 meetings using Conference Manager and figure out how many G729 vs G711 calls (based on whether their DNs are coming over WAN) and calculate:

(# of G729 callers * 6SRUs) + (# of G711 callers* 8 SRUs) < Total C-Series Node SRU capacity.

I know this is darn wordy, but I appreciate any direction/thoughts on this.

THANKS!
