CWMS 1.5 : invite someone from web page

Hello,

When using web page to schedule a meeting, Is it possible to invite local contact without adding his full mail address but only by typing his Full Name ?

Hello Driss,

If the local contact exists in the CWMS database, then it can auto-complete whoever you are trying to add to the meeting. Otherwise, you will need to enter in the full email address as CWMS does not know who this user is by just their name.

Thank you for your answer. Is it applied for active and inactive users. Or only for active users.

Hello Driss,

This auto-complete only works for active users in the database. From my tests though, it does not seem to work for any new users / newly reactivated users so there is likely a sync period before the auto-complete works with these new users.
