Distorted Voice Quality in recording (CWMS 1.5 MR1)

Hi,

We have CWMS server on premise, we are frequently facing problem with recording.

Facing issue symptoms are as following:-

1. While the meeting is in process participant voice are clear but if we record the meeting then only in recording voice quality get very distorted.

2.  While the meeting is in process some time participant voice get distorted intermittently

Can you assist us what could be the cause?
